Requirement details are below..

1..Net Developer

3-5yrs there will be a written test

Exp- 3-4 yrs

Qualification- MCA/BE/BTech

Job Description for Developer would be as follows

Required Experience

· Development of desktop applications and products using win forms with C#.Net 3.5

· Development of web services using C#.Net 3.5

· Integrating applications with other existing applications

· Development of stored procedures and triggers in SQL Server 2005

· Development Smart Client and LINQ using Inductive UI Guidelines

Desired Knowledge

· Service Oriented Architecture

· Windows Communication Foundation

· Web Service Software Factory

· Smart Client Software Factory

· Analysis & Designing

2..Net Designer

Experience: 5-8 Years
Qualifications: B.E / M.E/ M.C.A / MCS or equivalent

Candidates must have:

Required

• Experience in design (database and application) and development of web applications and products using ASP.Net and C#
• Delivery experience in at least one of the agile methodologies like scrum, XP, Test Driven Development (TDD) etc
• Design experience using UML based Object Oriented Designing, Design Patterns, Software Factories and Enterprise Application Blocks

· Translation of business requirements into systems design

Desired

• Delivery experience using open source products and tools
• Experience of Integrating applications with other existing applications

· Knowledge of Biztalk, SOA, CSF, WPF, WCF & WF, Microsoft Application Servers, MSMQ, SCOM, Sharepoint

· Management of technical team

· Exposure to process models like CMMI and/or ISO 9001
