Desire candidate must have following qualifications:

1.Either fresh out of college or max 6 months only(2008/2009 passed out)
2. Should be B.E in Computer Science or MCA
3. Should have minimum 70% all through the education
4. You should have done your highest education from good university like REC or IIT, IIIT
5.Must be willing to server minimum 2 yrs
6.Very good communication skill
