You should have:
Educational qualifications : BE/MCA/MCS
Experience: Minimum 2 years.

SAP Functional or Technical:Implementation experience in FI/CO, PP, MM, SD, HR , PM or Experience in ABAP, APO, BIW, Basis , Portal.
Oracle Applications Functional or Technical:Experience in Oracle Financials, CRM, Manufacturing, Distribution, HRMS, SCM, Projects.Experience with XML Gateway, Workflow, Discoverer, JDeveloper, D2K/9i, OA Framework, Oracle Portal, 9iAS is a plus.
PeopleSoft Functional or Technical: Implementation or upgrade experience in Financials, HRMS, CRM. Experience on ver 7.5 or 8.x and sound knowledge of PeopleCode, App. Engine, SQR & Integration Broker.
